We are a grass roots, non-profit organization based in central Arkansas. We serve Pulaski County adults through a variety of charitable programs which aim to make mental health services and quality community support accessible to those who need it most.

Through thoughtful mental health programming and collaboration with community members and organizations, we hope to build a world where we can turn to our neighbor and know we are not alone.
COMMUNITY PROGRAMMING
COMMUNITY THERAPY GROUPS
We partner with Pulaski County non-profit organizations to provide free group therapy facilitated by qualified mental health professionals. Quality group therapy supports community members in their personal journies while strengthening community connections.
PROFESSIONAL TRAININGS
From first responders to shelter employees, our community is filled with dedicated, front-line workers who are leading community care. We offer evidence-based trainings tailored to the needs of each organization we partner with to provide the most up-to-date information on best practices for engaging and supporting our community.
SUPPORT FOR FRONT-LINE WORKERS
In addition to quality training opportunities, we prioritize offering supportive services to front-line workers who often serve in fields with high levels of burnout. We believe that our people are our most valuable resource, and investing in them is investing directly into a stronger community.
